Phil has been commissioned by Alcohol Concern to contribute to their series of on-line Factsheets. The report, due in May 2010, will be co-authored by Dr Andrew Newton of the Centre for Applied Criminology, University of Huddersfield, a lead researcher on the Home Office evaluations of the Licensing Act 2003.

Phil has been commissioned by Alcohol Concern as Senior Consultant to their work for the Safer Middlesbrough Partnership in conducting a comprehensive local alcohol needs assessment. This work will feed into development of the new Middlesbrough Alcohol Strategy 2010.
